How long until my purchase is shipped out?

Accepted Answer

If you are ordering original artwork, or something being shipped by Chloe herself, fulfillment may take up to 10 business days (though we try for sooner if we can!)

If you are ordering an art print, or an item with art printed on it (i.e. a mug, scrunchie, blanket, puzzle, etc.) fulfilment is handled directly through Gelato, and may take up to 7 business days.

Please note that fulfilment is the time frame to get your order to the mail delivery service. It may take up to 10 days for the mail to arrive after fulfilment. This may differ if packages are being sent internationally based on customs.

How long do I have to wait for my order?

You should receive your order within 4 weeks. While we will try to get it to you as soon as possible, sometimes there are delays, or things may be running a little slower.

Why does it take so long for me to get my purchase?

While I try for speed in my delivery and fulfilment, at the end of the day I am only human.

At the end of the day, I am mainly a one woman show (though I get the occasional hand from my partner.) To add to it, I am also neurodivergent and chronically ill. Some days and weeks are easier than others.

While I will continue to strive to make sure I am offering the best experience I can, I have to make sure I am taking care of my health first, both physical and mental. I am building my business around my needs and health, so I can build something that will last, and sometimes that means moving a little slower when it's needed.
