I Survived the Flames

I am an artist who's spent a lifetime struggling with depression, anxiety, and the heavy things life has thrown at me. At times I had felt like I might not make it; but here I remain.

I survived the flames because the fire inside me burned brighter than the fire around me.

A reminder to myself, and for those who need it, that your brightness has the power to shine brighter than the chaos and hardships around you.

This too shall pass.
